Clean FFPE RNA Kit
Magnetic bead based FFPE RNA purification system
The Clean FFPE RNA Kit is designed to isolate high quality RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. To prevent crosslinking of nucleic acids caused by formalin fixation, the kit consists of specially formulated buffers and lysing conditions to isolate the RNA from the samples. The kits protocol is fully scalable and due to the use of CleanNA‘s magnetic bead purification technology, can easily be automated on liquid handling workstations (e.g. Beckman, Hamilton, Tecan, Caliper, Perkin Elmer, Agilent and Eppendorf).
