The Clean Blood & Tissue DNA Kits are based on reliable magnetic bead technology and enable the extraction of high-quality genomic DNA from blood, tissue, or buffy coat in just four straightforward steps: lyse, bind, wash, and elute. For optimal performance across diffrent sample types, two different lysis buffers are included for tissue lysis, whereas blood and buffy coat only require one of these lysis steps. By combining the binding solution and magnetic beads in one bottle, the workflow is nt only simplified but also highly efficient and robust.
